1) Is my group eligible?
Eligible groups include 501c charitable organizations, non-profit school and community groups. Some examples of organizations we have supported include soccer clubs, school groups, girl scouts, boy scouts, cheerleading squads, Little league….the list goes on!
2) What percentage does my group receive?
15% of all food and beverage sales generated by your group, excluding sales tax, tips, and gift card sales. We call that some powerful dough!
3) What days do you offer giveback nights?
We schedule giveback nights Monday thru Wednesday during the months of October through April.
4) How does the organization receive credit for purchases?
Fundraiser guests are required to present an official event flyer for the organization you are supporting to your server. We also accept digital flyers on your phone. Your organization receives credit for dine-in and carryout purchases. Flyers cannot be distributed inside or in the direct vicinity of the restaurant, including the parking lot, before or during the event.
5) How do I promote my event?
A flyer is available for your giveback night. Once your event has been approved and scheduled, we will provide a flyer with complete details to your fundraising person in charge. Electronic formats are also available to help you promote via website, Facebook, email, and other social media.
6) How do we find out how much we raised?
You can find out the next day. Please contact your fundraiser representative.
7) When can we expect our check?
Normally within two weeks we will mail a check to you.
