Frequently Asked Questions

Tips & Suggestions

Parking:
We do have a parking lot but it can be a bit of a nightmare. It is long and skinny with one entrance. We STRONGLY recommend you try to avoid it! There is a city lot just west of us. It is free during the off-season and $5-10 otherwise. If you bring the little tear-off from the receipt, we will take $5 off your bill (like a coupon). You can also park on the bluff and walk down. Seriously, you want to avoid our lot on busy days… We warned you!

GET ON OUR WAITLIST
If we are on a wait, you can add your name to our waitlist and you will get a text when your table is ready. You can either add your name in person or by calling us, 269-983-4PIE (269-983-4743).

GIFT CARD ISSUES WITH CARRYOUT ORDERS
Please note, currently our “old style” gift cards (the plastic ones, not the E-cards) will not work for carry out when you order online. They do work if you phone in your order and they work in the restaurant. Our online provider is working on this issue, but we are not sure when, or if, it will be corrected. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Takeout:
If there is a long wait (they can get up to 3 hours) we suggest you consider getting a takeout and enjoying it outside if the weather is nice.

Strollers:
We have a lock up area for your stroller. In most cases we do not have room in the restaurant for your stroller.

Babies Count:
Please include your baby in your party count. We cannot put high chairs at some of our tables so this will help us get the correct table for your group.

Plan Ahead:
On busy days get your name on the wait list and go enjoy the beach area. Go over to the carousel, stroll the downtown, take a walk down the pier. We will page you when your table is ready.

Large Parties:
As a general rule of thumb, the larger the party, the longer the wait. Please be prepared for this. Extremely large parties (over 12) may not be sat together or at the same time. Consider this when planning your visit. We are sorry for any inconvenience!

Rehearsal Dinners, Reunions, or other Large Party Events:
Unfortunately, in most instances, we are not available for rental or reservation for rehearsal dinners, reunions, award banquets, etc.

We are truly sorry. We were faced with the dilemma of attempting to carve out suitable space for parties and still provide a high-level of service to our regular diners. We discovered we could not do both. Again, we are sorry and we hope you understand.

Dairy Allergies - There is Parmesan cheese in our regular pizza sauce. Other sauce options include Marinara, BBQ, Frank's Red Hot, or Olive Oil.Nut Allergies - The only nut product in the building is walnuts, which are contained to a small area. This should not be a threat to anyone who is allergic.Note: Our fried food are fried in homogenized soy oil.Click here to view full allergy list »

Yes and no. The lower level of the restaurant does not take reservations and goes on a wait list when busy. We utilize a texting service when your table is ready which makes it convenient to explore the surrounding area while you wait. The upper deck does take reservations and also has open bar and lounge seating. Reservations are made online only through our website. Please note that the upper deck is 21 and over only. Reservations can be made up to two weeks out.
